Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager at Arab MLS in Cairo, Egypt. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control functions of our products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. The role involves managing the quality assurance team, monitoring performance and ensuring that set goals are realized. The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with the Development and operations to ensure the timely delivery of products and will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in software quality assurance
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience in design, development, and implementation of software quality assurance practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Familiarity with various software testing strategies and tools
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
