Job Purpose:

Transforming the real estate and market data into actionable insights that support product innovation, business growth, and customer experience. You will work closely with product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams to build a data-driven culture and enable smarter decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of real estate, customer behavior, and platform usage data.
  • Build dashboards, data models, and visualizations to track KPIs and performance across product and business teams.
  • Provide data insights to guide product enhancements, market expansion, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze listing, transaction, and traffic data to uncover trends, patterns, and user behaviors.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to ensure proper data tracking, collection, and integration across digital platforms.
  • Support pricing models, demand forecasting, and geographic expansion using data-driven methodologies.
  • Design A/B tests and evaluate the success of product and marketing experiments.
  • Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and compliance with internal governance and industry standards.
  • Translate complex datasets into business-friendly recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis role, ideally within a tech, marketplace, or PropTech company.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (or Google Sheets).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of real estate metrics (listings, conversions, occupancy rates, leads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, or product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
