On Tuesday, the CEO of OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, expressed concerns about the potential dangers of artificial intelligence, particularly the “very subtle societal misalignments” that could lead to significant disruptions.

During his address at the World Government Summit in Dubai via a video call, Sam Altman emphasized the need for an oversight body similar to the International Atomic Energy Agency to regulate the rapid advancements in AI, which may be progressing faster than anticipated by the global community.
