Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support, solving customer issues and inquiries, and achieving high customer satisfaction levels. The role involves handling both phone and email communication with customers, maintaining customer accounts, and liaising with internal teams as required.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Experience in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong understanding of the real estate industry would be beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
