Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Arab MLS in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer support activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments to resolve customer issues, analyzing customer feedback, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  1. Customer Service Management and Customer Support skills
  2. Excellent analytical skills
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. Ability to liaise with different departments and stakeholders
  5. Experience in implementing service programs to drive customer satisfaction
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  8. Excellent command of English and Arabic languages
