Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Arab MLS in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer support activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments to resolve customer issues, analyzing customer feedback, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
