Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Data Management Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Data Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, governance, and utilization of data across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and provide customized solutions, establish data policies and procedures, and ensure that our data is accurate, accessible, and secure. You will also oversee a team of data management professionals who are dedicated to maintaining data integrity and optimizing data processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, and data quality assurance
- Experience with data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, database management, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
- Fluency in English and Arabic
