Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager at Arab MLS. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role will also involve managing relationships with recruitment agencies, conducting market research, and developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management
- Knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment trends
- Ability to manage relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring managers
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment management systems and tools
- Experience in the real estate or tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
