Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and select top-quality candidates for open positions at Arab MLS.

Qualifications

1. Hiring and Recruiting skills
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Experience in conducting interviews and training sessions
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7. 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management
8. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
9. Fluency in Arabic and English is required
