Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and select top-quality candidates for open positions at Arab MLS.
Qualifications
- Hiring and Recruiting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in conducting interviews and training sessions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
