Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will lead our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, manage sales operations, ensure excellent customer service, and implement effective business development strategies. The Sales Director will also be responsible for team management and performance management, as well as collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of sales operations and customer service
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends to drive sales growth
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
