In the Middle East’s commercial hub, Dubai, construction is underway for a 450-meter skyscraper, featuring a Franck Muller clock as its centerpiece.
This month, apartments were made available for sale, with the starting price for a two-bedroom unit off-plan beginning at approximately £508,000.
Touted as the tallest clocktower globally, the building is expected to yield £440 million in sales upon full occupancy, as reported by agents in the United Arab Emirates.
This marks the second skyscraper project in Dubai associated with a prestigious watch brand.
