Citi Developers’ debut project in Dubai, the Aveline Residences, valued at Dh300 million and set to be built in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, has already reserved 70% of its apartments.
Malik Taha, the Managing Director of Citi Developers, mentioned in an interview with Khaleej Times during the inauguration of its experience center on Jumeirah Road that JVC’s strategic location and dense population have influenced their decision to launch their second project in JVC as well.
