Citi Developers’ debut project in Dubai, the Aveline Residences, worth Dh300 million and situated in the vibrant heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, has already secured bookings for 70% of its apartments.
Malik Taha, the managing director of Citi Developers, explained during an interview with Khaleej Times at the inauguration of its experience center on Jumeirah Road, “JVC is strategically positioned and densely populated, which is why our next project will also be located in JVC.”
