Dubai: 30 real estate companies fined Dh50,000 each for breaking advertising regulations.

Dubai’s regulatory authority fined 30 real estate companies Dh50,000 each for not adhering to the terms and conditions outlined in real estate advertisements.

The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Rera), which operates under the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has implemented regulations to oversee advertisements and prevent detrimental practices in the industry.

All real estate companies are required to comply with advertising rules and ensure the provision of accurate information to customers by obtaining advertising licenses.
