The top three transactions of the week underscored the scale of Dubai’s real estate market. The highest transaction involved a land in Al Barshaa South Second, sold for an impressive AED 210.1 million. This was followed by transactions in Saih Shuaib 2 for AED 103.74 million and Saih Aldahal for AED 100 million.
