According to analysis by W Capital, the Dubai real estate sector is poised for another significant year, with transactions already hitting $15 billion. W Capital, a Dubai real estate brokerage, reported that the total value of the ten largest real estate sales deals in Dubai since the beginning of the year exceeded AED 5 billion ($1.4 billion).
