In Doha, Qatar, the trading volume for real estate sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration, Ministry of Justice, between January 21 and January 25, 2024, reached a total of QR 378,728,678.
For the same period, the Real Estate Bulletin reported total sales contracts for residential units amounted to QR 21,364,455.
The weekly bulletin from the Department highlights that the properties traded for sale encompass vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated in various municipalities and zones, including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Shamal, as well as in the Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Legtaifiya, and Al Kharayej Zones.
Comparatively, the real estate trading volume in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration during the period from January 14, 2024, to January 18, 2024, exceeded QR 344 million.
