In 2024, the UAE’s real estate market in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is set to welcome the delivery of 42,000 residential units.
Of these, around 8,000 units are projected to be completed in Abu Dhabi, while approximately 34,000 units are expected to be finalized in Dubai, as indicated by a report from the international real estate services firm JLL.
This projection mirrors the ongoing expansion of Dubai’s real estate market, which witnessed a surge in new residential properties entering the market in 2023. According to JLL, the year 2017 saw the completion of 36,000 new dwellings, predominantly apartments, contributing to a total stock of over 719,000 units.
