Mabany Edris for real estate investment is gearing up to unveil the second phase of Central Avenue in Sheikh Zayed City, with a total investment of EGP 600 million.
The upcoming phase of Central Avenue encompasses 63 units, encompassing medical clinics, offices, commercial spaces, warehouses, and open areas. Central Avenue stands as the first administrative and medical complex, showcasing various spaces designed with modern technology and full amenities, allowing customers to utilize and allocate available spaces as needed.
Mohamed Edris, Chairperson of Mabany Edris, mentioned that the company has enlisted Design Avenue to design the project, and construction is set to conclude by 2025, marking the opening of the Central Avenue complex.
Regarding the company’s investment strategy, Edris indicated that Mabany Edris aims to channel investments totaling EGP 2 billion into Egypt’s market, spanning various projects in western Cairo, the North Coast, and Upper Egypt.
He clarified that the company plans to initiate a medical project in New Assiut City this year. Additionally, the company is evaluating a new residential project in the city as part of its expansion efforts in Upper Egypt, specifically in Asayla compound, the first integrated residential compound in New Assiut.
Edris highlighted that the company has commenced the delivery of the first phase of the project, with some families already residing in Asayla, and more units slated for delivery this year.
Mabany Edris is also exploring a new project in Cairo and preparing for the launch of the third phase of the Koun project in the North Coast, situated in Ras Al-Hikma on an expansive area of 447,657.5 sqm, Edris concluded.
