On Tuesday, real estate transactions valued at AED3 billion were recorded in Dubai.

On Tuesday, January 30th, 2024, the Dubai real estate market saw significant activity, with 530 sales transactions totaling AED2.35 billion, alongside 135 mortgage agreements totaling AED564.27 million, and 55 gift transactions amounting to AED180.68 million, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

The sales comprised 494 villas and apartments valued at AED1.15 billion, along with 36 land parcels totaling AED1.2 billion. Meanwhile, the mortgage deals included 114 villas and apartments worth AED284.27 million, as well as 21 land plots valued at AED280 million. This brought the total value of real estate transactions for the day to over AED3 billion.
