The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the regulatory authority under the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has issued a three-day ultimatum for companies to refresh outdated online property listings, or else they will incur fines.
In a series of posts on X on Wednesday, RERA cautioned real estate firms to eliminate inactive listings that are still visible on online platforms.
