D&B Properties has observed that the UAE real estate market has surged to a historic beginning in 2024. There has been a significant uptick in sales volume, marking a 5.4% increase month-over-month and a remarkable 16.8% growth year-over-year, marking the highest January figures ever recorded in the market’s history.
